Boudewijn Koole (1965) made several documentary and television works. His feature film début KAUWBOY (2012) was awarded at several festivals, among others in Berlin for Best Youth Film and Best First Feature Film. KAUWBOY is the official Oscar entry from The Netherlands in the Best Foreign Language Film category.
